It's a roleplaying game, with a Morph feature. You can basically morph into whatever you want, but it's really confusing ;;
A lot of people go there to roleplay as characters from different fandoms and stuff, it's called Multiverse Roleplaying.
I think you have to join the Q-Bicle group to get in, though.
