Bought your chibi book a few months ago. The little Photoshop tutorial with the panda helped me learn how to colour with Photoshop Elements.

Wow thank you ^_^! The best advice is to keep drawing and instead of fanart, try to work on your original characters and stories. This makes it easier to become professional because once you're pro, you have to create work which are free from anyone else's copyright.

I admire you. I too am in love with the kawaii world of momiji and have tried my hand at designing my own. I based them on the seasons and weather and a few of my mates. then i came up with the I like.... parts and names. I will put them on my dA very soon. Aww thank you!!! I didn't ask the magazine...just sent a bunch of pictures in. In my experience that was actually the easiest way to get published. Most video game mags are really open to slightly creative fanart that isn't just a direct copy of official art :3.
