X3 soooo I came across your Ruby and Peridot creations from Japanda's custom fusion drawing and I love them!! You did a great job making them and I'd love to know more about them! ;w;

Oh yeah!.. Ruby was actually redesigned by Japanda because I asked if they could, but their personality is still the same.. x3.. the Fusions name is Zoisite
Peridot is an Era 2, but an earlier one, so she's taller than the Peridot in the show.. Ruby is a little smaller than other Rubies too.. on homeworld, Peridot was a high rank and hand picked a Ruby guard instead of getting a Pearl (she didn't want one)

I see...does this give them a distant relationship? Like I said, I really don't know too much of them, but at first glance, Peridot looks to have a stern look, and Ruby seems rather timid. 0.0

Era 2 just means they're smaller and not as powerful as Era 1 gems
They actually have a really good relationship.. Ruby reformed once in a form similar to rebals they had once fought.. in fear, they forced thselves to stick into a form of other Ruby soldiers.. when Peridot came to hand pick her personal Ruby guard, she found Ruby forcing themself to hold a form that wasn't theirs almost intriguing.. so she picked them and told Ruby to stop forcing that form and just be themself.. Peridot soon starts to rebel herself and takes Ruby with her off of Homeworld to try and find a place they could live together without the threat of shattering

Yup.. I still haven't developed their story much other than that.. I have in my head a huge scene where Peridot pretty much looses all hope in getting free and Ruby pretty much tells her that they're always there for her.. Ruby is the only reason Peridot is alive.. it's so dark, but all of my characters have something dark in their past, so.. xD
