# About me
Hello, my name is Christopher. I am currently living in Highland, Michigan and doing side work as a Freelance Photographer. I've been shooting since I was 10 years old, that was 30 years ago....I started with a Canon AE-1 Program and 50mm lens. That lasted me until I was about 24 when, thanks to a divorce from a conniving ...., it went into storage. Sometime in the next few months it was stolen from my storage unit and my photography would be put on hold for a while. Around 2002 I got a small digital point-n-shoot camera that lasted a year or two, then everything went dormant again.... thanks to another divorce. ---honest, I was not trying to make a habit of this! In 2008, having no wife to divorce me and all my bills becoming paid off, I jumped back into things with a Nikon D700 and 35-70mm Nikkor lens. I only wanted to shoot full frame, so the D700 was just the ticket. At the time it had more to offer than the first edition of the D3 that had come out.
During the Spring and Summer of 2009, my love for photography took full hold of me again and I embraced it completely. In the Winter of 2009 and Spring of 2010 I began purchasing film cameras. When you start with film, it's hard to really leave it. At the present time, I have cameras from Nikon, Canon, Hasselblad, Graflex, and Leica. I also have a few lesser known brand cameras that you might see a snap shot of from time to time.
My Number 1 camera is my 1955 Leica M3 Double Stroke with a Carl Zeiss 50mm C Sonnar F/1.5 lens. Following in a close Second is my Hasselblad 500C/M with Zeiss Sonnar 150mm lens. My Nikon F5 is the number one SLR right now, you just have to shoot one to understand. My D700 has taken a full back seat in the last 4 months as I only use it for jobs. Seems that real customers want everything Digital so they can have it now, now, now.... I really prefer film.
I also develop my own film and I love it. My preference in developer is Tetenal, Neofin Blau. C41 process is about the same and I've only used a Unicolor kit, but it works great. My preference in film is Fuji Velvia 50 for colour shots, and Rollei Pan 25 for my Black and White stuff. Kodak Tri-X 400 is always a favorite too. I have a few rolls of Ilford floating around right now, only because I'm out of Rollei... but that won't last but a few rolls.
A quick note for anyone looking for a new/used camera... I've been buying my stuff from KEH.com through my personal sales rep, Dan Orchard. I've had the best buying experiences with Dans help and recommend KEH highly. Go to the site, give them a call, and ask to speak to Dan and he'll hook you up with all the camera gear you need!
This portrait of me was taken by a friend in one of my photography classes in college. I have everything but a piece of paper from a college saying I know how to take pictures so I went back to school to get that....
And I have a new favorite quote: "If we leave our past now, we still might have that chance to embrace what lives in present and see the future." from my friend, ankooru.
Ok, I'm going out shooting, you have a nice day :)

I love your work, and I love your biography about yourself and how you got in and out of photography over the years.Β I've always wanted to try film as I've heard it's way better than digital once you get it down correctly.Β I appreciate the comment on my picture, and I hope to see more work from you in the future.Β

Thank you so much Christopher for your interest.
About Lucky Film...I won't recommend them.
Out of 20 rolls, just one came out ok...
Unless Somebody give me the right receipt to developpe them,I won't use these films anymore...Cheap,but waste of money

I asked over at the Rangefinderforum and got one reply asking what developer you are using, and one reply that states this:
"I've used their medium format film with HC110 (dilution B), 7 minutes at 20C worked fine for me. I'm not too impressed with the emulsion though, both rolls I used had defects."

Yah...Defects too...Also,the support film is quite difficult to instal on the reel and it curles when drying...
I rather use good film as Ilford and have a better result...
Thank you Christopher for the note.I do appreciate a lot.
