Good news, I finished your icon! Bad news though. I always test out animated icons before giving them to people, and it says the file size is 55kB and it has to be 15kB or under, so I'll have to redo it, but pixelate it this time so the file size is smaller. Also, more bad news. I tried making it winky, but when I do that, I had to use more frames, so that's also why the file size was too big. Is it fine if I just make Cinna blinking?
