Hello, the name is Eric! I live in WI and I'm a very easy to get along with guy. Most people know me for years and never see me angry because I have been through enough in life I can deal with most any situation calmly and effectively. I Have the general outlook on life that "Things could always be worse!" because I have been in a lot of worse case situations. I love to just relax and enjoy the simple things in life. I am just out of the army. I was in the Army for 6 years I was an Infantryman all 6 years finally reaching the rank of Sergeant and in charge of 16 soldiers. I did three separate deployments, two years in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. I have been in every bad situation the world has to offer a young man including being blown up leaving me with an arm full of metal and a Purple Heart. I have done amazing things that I never thought I would get to do in a million years.Right now I feel as if I need to get out there and get an education that I never had time to get before. I know that I can get a job that pays great money without a college degree... but my body can only handle those sorts of jobs for another 6 years, tops. I know that I can apply myself and get exactly what I want out of life as long as I educate myself and stay dedicated to something. Overall I think that college will be an eye opening experience for me and will open my mind to never imagined possibilities.
I am in the process of achieving an Associate's degree in Graphic design. There are many reason I picked this area of study, most of all the fact that I have always been a very artistic person. Whether it be on a guitar, singing, drawing, photography, I excel at conveying my point without having to say a word to anyone. Also, I see how the world is changing and in becoming adept at visual design I can use graphic design in the future for improving everyone's daily life.
