You have a lot of watchers. Do you intend to put up any more of your paintings? (I know there's more...)

Thanks Jim I agree good is good, I have been influenced by music as an artist more so than my visual artist and moved more by abstraction the realism. And welcome to DA

Thanks for the welcome. You know the problem as I see it is most photorealists dont make use of the elements that abstract artists absolutely must rely on when all form is absent... juxtaposition of texture, rhythm, dissonance and resolve... as any good musician knows Pure abstract art terrifies me, it really does. Have you had a chance to sink your teeth into Paul Klee's art?

I love Paul Klee, I spent three years doing nothing but abstraction, it was and still in some ways my favorite type of art. Yet it wasn’t a natural artistic language for my expression so I became a realist. But to be a good one you better think about rhythm, texture, design and composition as a whole, it’s not just about drawing something in front of you. I think any realist who doesn’t understand or dislikes abstraction can really use all there is and his/ her arsenal.

Thanks

Armin
