well, I'm wondering if you can create a series of unique Civil Protection (think Police) uniform designs that I have created. basically these uniforms are all up to your imagination as to what they look like, but their are two things that's common for them, first is that all of them, in their SWAT-like uniforms have a gasmask like gear with lights in their giggles (which are similar to russian gasmask) and their patrol uniforms often have elements of fascistic/communistic in general appearance. by the way, these civil protection uniforms are all on different worlds, similar to how different areas have slightly different police uniforms (though they tend to differ in color and badges.

But can I have some more information about what kind of countries (cultures / ethnic groups) it should supposed to be.

You may have already specified a fascist and/or communist style but the cultural characteristics also play a role and it would be very helpful if you could tell me like "It is similar to the European or Asian culture" for example.

or may I understand you correctly that you mean exactly that.

it takes place in the far off future and humanity has been unified under a democratic government called the United Federation of Systems, but the humanities culture and society isn't unified however, it still being divided between a hundreds if not thousands of different cultures, religions and socities, overall they are influenced by their worlds culture and societies. a few I can named but most of them are up to you as to how they look like, basically, I want to see what you can come up with for them

Hellgain: their Civil Protection uniforms are mixture of German and Russian police uniforms, this is due to the fact that Hellgainian's culture, language (at least as to how they sound) and naming structure is a mixture of mostly German and Russian.
Kitai Weilai: their Civil Protection uniforms are a mixture of Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Japanese police uniforms, this is similar to Hellgain in the sense that this world's culture and language is a mixture of a verity of east asian cultures and languages.
Azael: their Civil Protection uniforms are different from all others, although, it's a mixture of Arabic and Israeli police uniforms, they all have a hood that covers one's head, this part relates to the planet's cultural tradition of covering one's head with a hood, for both male and female
Vulkian: their Civil Protection uniforms looks like a mixture of police uniforms and industrial industry uniforms, this is due to the planet's high industrial development
Alantica: their Civil Protection uniforms looks like a mixture of South American and Slavic police uniforms, though it's also light in weight due to the fact that the planet is a warm tropical planet filled with hundreds of islands a only one major landmass, one that' half the size of Europe
Europa: their Civil Protection uniforms looks like a mixture of Russian and British uniforms, but alot heavier due to the fact that the world is cold almost icy world
Titan: their Civil Protection uniforms looks like a mixture of 1920s, 1890s and 1910s American police uniforms and Soviet era police uniforms, however this world is infamous for corruption, gang wars and a number of things that would make Mesa City from Sin City look tame in comparison
