Hey, make sure you set your group admin permissions to "Subject to Vote" or "Are Not Allowed". There has been two notorious group hijackers for over a month now who apply as a co-founders, delete all the artwork in the gallery and favorites, and replace it with gore, scat and porn.

Why was my submission declined?

It was submitted in the right folder aka coloring book & it did meet submission rules.

I'm sorry! I actually declined two deviations by accident and I thought they were from the same member, so I only sent one message explaining what happened. It was pretty weird too. Before I declined it showed that the deviation was being submitted to the Videl folder (along with the other one) but once I declined it showed that they were actually submitted to the correct folders. I'm really sorry, and I'm going to request a deviation submission for your picture. Again, sorry.
