# About me

Hi!
I'm a bio nerd that has a bit of an interest in pretty much everything.
For artsy stuff I really like oil pastels but have recently dabbled in watercolor. Stephanie Law's watercolor books are simply amazing. If you want to learn how to watercolor, but can't take a class - get her books. Actually - now that I think about it - I don't have any formal training in art. I just use books, experiment, and hope for the best (with an emphasis on the last part)

I've "finished" working on costume for Oerba Yun Fang from FFXIII. I didn't have any experience with this - as it was my first time seriously cosplaying. I had tossed together a Misty costume last year with glue and red suspenders but that was pretty much the extent of my skills. I really enjoy cosplaying and I've been keeping up with how I've been making everything with my blog (link below). Check it out if you're interested.

IRL I'm a bio nerd. I'm getting a Master's in entomology at UGA but I really want to focus teaching bio/ecology to college students. That is the current plan.
