Well, I'm a pokemon pixalist and so I know the rules of this... sorta.
1. To use pokemon in art first you have to download the ORIGINAL sprite sheet.
2. You can pokemon but you can't steal the original design and call it yours.
There are many more but I'm to lazy to list them. :P (Lick)

I also agree with * ARVEN92 and ~Ace1queen
You should take that off before a admin bans you. :( (Sad)

Umm, I don't think DA allows you to submit art that doesn't belong to you - they're drawn by other artists (DA account or not(
