Oh okay, what you do is there is a submit button on the top of the page on the right side, put your mouse over that and then click on submit art. It will take you to the page where you lick on upload file (Only jpeg, png, or gif), you then write out its title and description, after it's done loading, put what category it is in (Example: traditional etc.) and say whether it is mature content or not. After that just click submit and you are done!

No, you don't. If you have a scanner you can scan it in and submit it that way. Or if that is not possible, you take a good quality picture of it. I had to do that before since my scanner wasn't big enough for them.
