Para ponerte un avatar tenes que hacer lo siguiente:

primero vas a Your Settings & Profile (a la derecha de tu pagina). Ahí te aparecen varias opciones, vos dale a la opcion identity y ya esta! subis el avatar que quieras, que tiene que ser 50x50.
