I'm pursuing a vocation in photography based on my interest in seeing the environment and my surroundings in unique and creative ways. My current focus has been on honing my photographic skills to turn my passion into something that I and others enjoy. I strive to create photographs that reveal my subject in the most genuinely artistic way possible. Music and travel have been my muse. My past 30-year professional career as an urban planner with specialized experience in seaport systems has afforded me a perspective that incorporates compassion for the human spirit and the ability (sometimes) to discover order in chaos.
