Hey Ab!! Sorry for such late reply. I'm doing fine, just really busy and tired. I'm preparing my final project for college and altho it includes a lot of illustration I don't always post it in here because it's supposed to be "secret" till the day I present it to my teachers.

I've been so busy I just quit my job so I could concentrate on my final project for college. ç_ç
So sorry for such absurdly late reply, but basicaly everytime I try to come back I get sucked back to my college work again.

Focusing on your project was the best decision you could make, since you can always find a job somewhere but going to college is not something you can always do, so I believe that your decision was for the best!
I had a friend of mine that during uni she was working part time and because the money was good she left college and fully focused on her job. However, due to economic crisis her manager told her that he had to fire some of the stuff including her. But there is more. Because she spent a few years out of the university she couldn't go back again since there is a time limit on how long you can skip semesters and lessons in greek universities.
So as you can see I am telling you, you did the right thing based on a bit of experience

I'm so sorry for your friend. D: That's almost exactly what I'm afraid of. I need my degree and my final project (wich is a short movie) to have a nice career later, so it was definetly for the best. 
Brazil is currently entering a big crisis (Dollar is almost 4 times the brazilian Real now, wich means I'm not even buying a premium account here because it's crazy expensive now). I've worked since january thinking about quitting (the time I almost came back to Deviantart). Very stressful.

Hello, dear!

So, first of all it's not really the group's fault. I've started liking some new stuff and was participating in too many groups and  felt
suffocated by the quantity of art that I was being bombarded with, so I started leaving one by one.

The second reason is: I was bombarded with art but I still tried to see it all. But this group, like many others, had no filter for art posted in it.
There are too many similar drawings duing to accepting drawings copied from official art (first page for spirit tracks has 5 toon links with the flute).
Also the group accepts pictures of drawings, unfinished drawings... Well, I really appreciate when there are more strict rules like "We only accept finished
drawings" or "We only accept fully painted illustrations".

Telling you this I also know a group with no filter is considered cool for some people. So don't worry much.

Ab-kun!  I missed yooou!

I'm good, my D.A is kind of abandoned because University is taking all of my time  But I'll surely come back near christimas and draw like crazy again.

And you? How have you been? Still drawing a lot? ~  I'm learning a lot of 3D in Uni but 2D is still my favorite...
And one of my works is to make a HQ with a friend! We're still finishing the script and concept art. I'll try to learn again how to use Manga Studio for that. C:
