UGH. the socks were a pain to get.
i got medical anti-immobilizing socks from my friends mom and spray painted blue lines on them. they were so. tight. [link]
hopefully you can at least find regular white thigh high (knee high at the least) socks to spray paint because those medical ones are expensiiive. luckily my friends mom didnt need them anymore.
you just put the socks on, duct tape them so only two lines will get paint on them and in really light layers spray on the blue. you have to do it lightly or the paint will bleed through the sock and your lines will be crappy. i hope that helps you.

youll need
pink insulation foam
sand paper
newspaper
water and flour mix (for paper miche)
and paints.
1-i took the foam and drew out the sword and then cut out the flat shape. finding info on how to do that shouldnt be hard, in fact here: [link] that talks all about that.
2-next i sanded it down into a ruby/gem shape and made the edges 'sharp'
3- you paper miche the whole thing, let it dry and do another layer. if i did it again id probably do 3 layers.
4- once thats all dry you sand that down to make it nice and smooth.
5- paint it! this was a lot of fun but doing the shines can get frustrating. make sure you use acrylic paint btw
i wanted to get some fixative to make it a little shiny but i never got around to it.
i had to make the shirt and skirt too but im sure you might have better luck finding those. the hat is my own design that i modified from Finn's hat's pattern. sort of a fusion of his hat and a beanie pattern, with a few other minor changes
