I really hope so .___.
Every time I open a word document, I get about ten words in and then realize I have a million other things to do. Like trying to find a job to pay the bills and everything...

Hopefully I will find some free time soon in order to finish the next chapter, which is about half-way done but not anywhere near good enough to post yet. I really want to update, because Bookman is my favorite story, it's just about finding the inspiration and time to finish.

Oh man, I wish I could. Every time I sit down to write, something just gets in my way >.> I think it's just the lack of passion due to the fandom and its premature death. Plus, the fact that I was so angry about never getting the comics I ordered from Tessa that I paid for last year... I just feel like it would be bitter and would not do justice to the story...

However, I did promise, so I'm going to do my absolute best to get it finished before I go to Japan. Thanks for the nudge! I'll get my ass into gear after my ten hour shift today!

Whew! I was so worried you'd left the fandom for good. And yeah, I'm a little dissapointed too... but its like, I can't stop loving rhe characters and stuff. I blame Tessa, not the comic itself...

Oh, I completely agree. I feel that way about all my fandoms from before and I'm grateful for everyone I've met and all the friends I've made. But a lot of things happened in this fandom that make me look back on it with mixed feelings. I got attacked quite a bit, I was badmouthed and made fun of by many members of the community, and then I never got my comics from Tessa in the end, which kind of was the end for me. I think that after all the drama in my life (i.e. having my very in-fandom girlfriend ignore me to the point of our breakup and then having her go and bitch that it was my all over her lj, my dreams being crushed and ruined because of the tsunami in Japan, losing my internship because of the nuclear radiation in Japan, losing my scholarships because I didn't go abroad, having my aid revoked because I was kept from getting my credits in Japan, having to delay graduation because of all this, etc) I just want a quiet state of mind, if that makes any sense. I still have a lot of fondness for HINABN, I just have real life stuff to care about right now instead of worrying over something like this.

HOWEVER. I promise I will not leave the fandom for good and I will do my best to update that last chapter before I leave for Japan, but just know, that my voice might be a little weaker and maybe my heart just won't be in it 100% like before. I think my life is too sad right now DX

I just can't see myself not wanting anything to do with it. I mean, I've come close to ending it, but I've met so many friends...

And, I'm gonna qoute something someone close to me said a few seconds ago, when I was ranting about Hinabn:

"I think it's worth it. Because caring about something like that- you get something out of it. It changes your life, or inspires you, or you meet awesome people- and it's all worth it..."

... But then again, we all have our own views on fandoms. And if you don't want to be apart of it anymore, thats fine ^^
