I've tried playing though DA before, didn't work out. There's dueling network, thats the best way to play online

Its easy, when you sign in and click the duel arrow you come up with a menu and the top left option is duel room. Don't you have a specific type you use? I run Chaos Zombies atm

when you log in there should be a big arrow that appears that says "DUEL!" in that style, click on that and a menu comes up. I would recommend choosing a specific type of deck to use. Do you have a deck list I can look at?

Maybe you can try upgrading your Java, type in flash version 3 and look look for the official download, beyond that I don't know what else to recommend.
