I've temporarily/permanently lost my account as my computer was hacked recently and I had to get it completely wiped clean loosing everything I had as well as that my accounts got hacked as well
I have my computer repaired but I am unable to get back onto my main account due to password issues now
and the lovely DA here isn't doing anything to help me try to get it back
