I have the answer to your copyright thingy about fanart from forever ago. I actually contacted a convention head to get the answer a while ago because I vend cannon ponies. If you're at a convention, they have a copyright agreement with most companies so it's completely legal. (I would still email them for verification). If you're outside a con or don't have a vendor/small business permit, it's highly illegal to sell anything. You could be sued for thousands without even a warning. Most companies areally nice enough to issue cease and desist notifications first though. This is why I only sell OC ponies unless I'm at a convention. Technically, fan art is illegal too, but so long as you give proper credit it falls in the bounds of being legal and moSt companies won't care. Even if you did sell art illegally, unless you're making thousands of dollars, they probably won't bite you anyway. There's bigger fish to fry.

Thanks! This is always something I've had a hard time understanding. I always worried about it, so I rarely ever even draw fanart except for OCs.
