I posted a journal with a little bit of Far North concept art on it. It shows what the Adjudicator's sword looks like, along with the Goodrain Agency emblem and the brand burned into Bale's thigh.

Hi! I remember you mentioning you’d be willing to draw a cover for The Far North. If the offer still stands, I’d like to wait on it. I’ve been brainstorming additional characters and would prefer to finish most of the story outline first.

The story is coming along really well. I've worked 331 hours on it. When I'm ready, I'm not sure how I'll be able to send it all. This is supposed to be an outline, but its already 20,000 words long.

Its a lot of fun, isn't it? Creating your own world, characters, and plots? What starts as an idea rolling around in your mind becomes something else entirely once its written down.

Indeed I still don't know when I'll be finishing the literature for WfC. Ideally I want it to be before I turn 30 but it all depends on how quickly the ideas to write the plot of the third book will come to me.

I’m wondering how I should bring the Thunderling’s saga to a close. If they’re human again and remember everything, after being trapped as Thunderlings for centuries and knowing the evil they’ve caused, would they want to let their advanced years do them in? Let themselves die and forever rest in peace, knowing their venture for power was a mistake? Or would they seek to right their wrongs? Reestablish their order?
Perhaps once they’re human again, they have no choice but to accept their years and pass anyway. Being Thunderlings made them immortal. As normal people, there’s nothing to save them from their years. Even altering time can’t undo the years they’ve already lived.

Thanks for the llama
I knew a llama once. At least I thought I knew him. I mean, how well can anyone really know anyone, much less a llama. With their air of mystery and thinly veiled contempt. It’s hard. But I digress.
His name was Kevin. But for reasons I will never understand, he would only ever answer to Albert. Identity issues aside, things started out okay. The usual introductory sniffing and sneezing went well, despite his allergies, but then things started going downhill during the ritual licking phase of the pleasantries. We pushed through. And had it not been for the spitting, we might have even been able to make it work, but alas, after just 3 seconds of bittersweet brotherhood, we finally decided to part ways. It’s kind of sad, when you think about it. Spitting seems like such an innocent thing to fight over, but he was pretty adamant that I should stop and that was just never going to happen. We might have overcome that issue, but Kevin, like all llamas, was very competitive. First came the stench competitions. Then it was belching contests. And lastly, a painstaking count to see which one was hairier. You can clearly see why our relationship was doomed. The poor fellow was a bit of a sore loser.
So he snuck out, taking with him a failed friendship, an obliviously optimistic dread of the future, and my sixth favorite toothbrush. Now that he is gone, I can honestly say, it's for the best. He was too much of a chick magnet anyway and who needs that poultry drama?
Full disclaimer, as Kevin’s official biographer, a position of which he blackmailed me into (don’t ask), I’ve been instructed to inform you about his ongoing series. The journey starts here with The Kevin Chronicles - Chapter 1, and this gallery contains the rest. You should check it out.
*End of cue card*
And don't worry, they're pretty short.
No pressure though, only if you want.
Sorry about the late reply. Working on the backlog.

Hello fellow Illinois resident! I have not found too many people from IL on here. I live up in DuPage county and do a lot of bird photography. Your feather paintings are very cool.

Thanks! Your art is incredible as well!
For some reason I never quite felt comfortable painting on a traditional canvas. I need something a bit more unusual to fit my painting style.

Want to see my gryphon avatar from Second Life? I'm very pleased of how he looks and it pretty much what looks like if I was a gryphon.

I'd recommend giving that game a try if you want to be a gryphon in Second Life and make it look like the griffin characters from your WFC series like Blaze, Filigree, and Ethad, it be really cool.

Cool beans.
I honestly never really got into all that rpg stuff. My online presence is extremely limited to nonexistent outside of dA. Just too many things to distract me while I have life things to get done. Thanks though!

I may have said this before but i'll say it again, Wfc: Struggle of the Clans is by far the best gryphon story i've ever read as I don't see many stories about gryphons, even graphic novels, but this one is just exactly what I wanted, a story about a hybrid gryphon whose mission is to settle the long-going feud between the clans and fight a wicked vampire who is behind of all the bloodshead of the war.
That story alone is inspiring me to write a gryphon story of my own. Mine will be about a teenage boy who befriends a young red tailed hawk/golden eagle hybrid gryphon who both want to restore the relationships of humans & beasts who engaged in a terrible war years ago that caused the mythical beasts to disband to faraway lands where no human can step foot and losing all of their trust & respect for the humans that betrayed them.
The main protagonists is Gladion Borealis and Airia who will go on magnificent journey to restore the relationships of both the mythical creatures and humans, and investigate on who caused all the treachery and anger that erupted into a fierce battle between man & beast.
So how do you like it? This will be an original story of my own as I would like to do a story about a boy and his gryphon that develop an unbreakable bond and soar high in the sky for great adventures to save a divided land. I would also propose my story to Walt Disney Animation Studios to give it either an animated series or a theatrical release with me writing the story, as well as play the human Gladion, and my favorite actress Ginnifer Goodwin will voice Airia the hybrid gryphon, I have a feeling that my new story could have potential, hopefully.
