If you are using photography that is not yours but for the sake of your poetry you should really not be filing it under 'photography'. I was very confused to recently see one of "your" photos on somebody else's page as well. It is quite misleading.

If you use others' pics in your gallery, ask for their permission before. Failing to do so or pretending they are yours is a violation of copyright and will result soon in your account to be closed.
You've ripped one of my photos and that is why DA team has removed it from your gallery. I would advice you to stop this and delete these pics.
