Elizabeth is a strong-willed and cheerful girl with a fondness for cute things. Her hobby is to make everything and everybody "cute". This is the main reason why she is always so happy with the different ideas Nina Hopkins has for both her and Ciel in terms of clothes. When disagreed with, she is prone to temper tantrums and bouts of self-centeredness. She imposes her sense of fashion and preference upon others and doggedly refuses to take no for an answer. For instance, she insists that Ciel Phantomhive refer to her by her nickname, "Lizzy" for short. However, on the occasions when she goes too far and upsets someone, she feels horrible and will even cry over her mistake.
In actuality, Elizabeth is a talented swords-woman; it is demonstrated when she effortlessly kills Bizarre Dolls. She has a reputation for being a genius with the sword, with her brother commenting that her sword-wielding skills are even superior to his. Her disposition of delight and innocence is, to an extent, an act; it is influenced by Angelina Dalles, who has taught her that all ladies should act weak and cute in front of their lords, smile often, and be surrounded by nice things. Ciel is highly significant to her; she goes through great lengths just to make him smile, although she admits she overdoes it a lot. Elizabeth is frequently consumed with worry for him, and she deeply desires to protect him.

As Tasine was walking around, he stumbled upon a weird alleyway. He was curious and investigated, and suddenly realized he was in England, and it seemed like he had transported to the past! He looked around slowly. "Wha...where am I?" He noticed a kawaii girl with adorable curly blonde hair and green eyes and came over to her, bending down a bit to get eye-level with her. "Hey, there! Do you know where I am?" He asked, mistakingΒ this for some sort of cosplay convention.
