Das wäre lustig^^. Dieses Jahr kam ich garnicht so wirklich dazu was künstlerisch auf dem DF zu machen...und den Malwettbewerb hab ich auch verpasst...da gab es aber auch im Lager quasi keine Info zu, ausser, dass er statt findet und wann...
Nächstes Jahr will ich wieder ein Malbuch für die Kinder machen

I highly reacomand the Artist page on Facebook. I have some of the nicest easy going fans there
(maybe because i manly get my flowers by drawing at conventions- So there are a lot of People i met at some point in real live - even if just for a short time.)
Thats also in my experience the highest possible reason for recognizing some of my work

Anyway it is easy to handel beside your personal page (even if i miss some features)

Thanks for the infos, I'll try it out soon. I'm always a little bit worried about "spamming" the audience or taking myself too important for "another artist-page" since my experiences with patreon. There's a handful of the best people in the world! But I doubt, that a FB-artist-site make my stuff more interesting for the people. DA does a great job here, I'm always excited about every new watcher. But I'm a mess in self-promotion, I think. We'll see......

Keine Ahnung. Mal sehen. Ist aber auch verzwickt: ich will nicht auf dicke Hose machen, fehlende Resonanz wäre aber natürlich nicht Sinn der Sache. Mal sehen, wie man es am besten anpackt. Es gibt schon Kollegen, die sind vollkommen berechtigt Stars. Bin aber auch öfters erstaunt über manche Berühmtheiten, deren Erfolg eher bei SexSells liegt. Und selbst das krieg' ich nicht hin. Bzw. trau mich nicht so recht.

Dass kenne ich. Ich erinnere mich da an eine sehr unterhaltsame frustrations runde bei der das Ergebnis unter kolleginen war - ab jetzt nur noch Kitten and Titten. Das verkauft sich narren sicher -
darauf hin seufzten wier und zeichneten doch wider die dinge den wir lieber mögen .

Davon leben kann ich ja nicht, aber so zum Austoben neben dem "Alltag" macht's schon Spaß. Ich wüsste auch gar nicht, ob das auf Dauer erfüllend wäre. So richtige derbe Sachen liegen mir sowieso nicht, da gab's schon ein paar schräge Anfragen die ich nur ablehnen konnte. Aber sexy Sachen üben halt bestenfalls so unmittelbar einen Reiz aus, den Stillleben oder so nicht bedienen können. Und mit einem Bild Leute zu "bewegen" finde ich schon eine spannende Sache. Horror/Ekel kann auch sofort etwas auslösen, aber das ist dann ja kein wirklich angenehmes Gefühl.

Ja ich weiss was du meinst.
Ich selber liebe - Dynamiken und gute kopositzions arbeit. Wenn man die ganze Szenerie sofort begreift, dass fasziniert mich am meisten.
deshalb habe ich auch eine große liebe zu filmen und storyboards. 
Gute Inszenierung haben mein hertz

Filme - ja! Ich glaube, es gibt keinen Illustrator, der mit Filmen nichts anfangen kann. Storyboards - hmh. Hab' früher für die Werbung einige gemacht, vermisse das nicht...

Die Comic-Phase hab' ich schon eine Weile hinter mir. Es ist auf jeden Fall eine gute Übung, weil man dann auch zu Bildern gezwungen ist die nötig sind und eigentlich keinen Spaß machen. Aber am Ende kam dabei tatsächlich zu wenig rum. Könnte heute anders sein, aber ich lese nicht mal mehr Comics, da war ich nie wirklich der Obsessivste. Es war eigentlich immer ein Kompromiss zum Filmemachen, aber das war ja noch aufwändiger. Daher finde ich Animationen ebenfalls als hochspannende Sache! Egal ob beim Film oder Games, grade bei Spielen ist die künstlerische Vielfalt mittlerweile riesig und ein Grund für meine Leidenschaft......

comics sind wundervoll- aber selten rentabel.

Vor allem liebe ich Animationen die das 2d voll ausnutzen - und Dynamik über anatomie setzten - Song of the sea ist zum beispiel ein graphisch unglaublich schöner film (und der auch aktuell beste film story telling technisch des teams)

Und wie es mich interessiert, auch wenn ich selten die Zeit zum spielen haben (da gewinnt pen &paper meist) Aber gerade diese spiehle sind mir auch schohn wegen der interessanten Optik aufgefallen.
ich bin aber sowieso in den letzten 3 jahren sehr glücklich das viele spiele mehr wert auf gute gesamt gestaltung legen und nicht nur das realismuss level als einziger standart gesehen wird.

alleine, dass viel kreativer und feinfühliger mit licht stimmungen gearbeitet werden kann macht einiges aus denke ich. Alleine wenn ich mir ansehen wie hübsch fallout4 geworden ist. Oder die schöhne gestaltung von spielen wie live is strange. Ein Spiehl das letzten endes nur von story und schöhnem Artwork lebt.

Farben, mein lieblings tema.  Farben sind halt die shöhnste unterstützung umd emotzionen zu komunitzieren. <3

Farben sind am schwierigsten, finde ich. Aber Du hast recht, "Fallout4" hat einen tollen Stil und LiS in in vielen Belangen großartig (das Ende... ...). Schau' Dir dann auch unbedingt mal "Virginia" an, hier gibt's die Demo: store.steampowered.com/app/374… Das Figurendesign fand' ich am Anfang so lala, funktioniert aber. Aber der Rest ist schon beeindruckend.

Es gab' mal'ne Zeit, da hab' ich jahrelang gar nichts für mich privat gemacht, sondern nur Jobs. Ich hab' mich da lieber mit Film beschäftigt, hab' die Amateur- und Indie-Szene studiert und selbst Filmchen gemacht. Ich würde das im nachhinhein fast als verlorene Zeit sehen, auch wenn es damals erfüllend war - aber darum geht's ja auch am Ende. Ansonsten könnte man sein halbes Leben betrauern, was man hätte besser machen können, ist aber unsinnig und trübselig. Heute MUSS ich Kram für mich selbst machen oder zumindest Jobs, wo ich mehr mein Ding machen kann, sonst werd' ich kirre. Einfach Kram machen nur ums rauszulassen. Und dabei auch etwas zu üben...

An dem Job part muss ich noch ordentlich arbeiten - Aber es ist irgendwie lehrreicher wenn man sich etwas neues vornimt (oder es sogar mahl bezahltes neuland ist) Eine gesunde Herausforderung an der man wacksen kann *w*

Nah don´t be shameful- Never put yourself down- There is always room for improvement always-
And the good thing about starting out is you can make incredible leaps of improvement quit fast (its a fun time to start out if you don´t compare yourself with artists who worked longer than you - look out for early works its so nice to look at old works of amazing artist who startet out just a "bad" as everyone els (not everyone has those pictures online but watch those improvement memes!)

And thank you a lot! Messages like this just are the best thing to happen and even better than watchers
