I compleatly know the feeling, especially about the 'not knowing how exactly to pray'... i always just end up talking to him, which i find is more personal and more satisfying as opposed to some traditonal religious follow-along that means nothing to me.
I'm happy about your night, I just (like two weeks ago) talked to God for the first time in a VERY long time... it was well worth it, and much inspired by Reliant K (band).

One of my favorite religious jokes:
So the priest is driving down to New York to see the radio show and he's stopped in Connecticut for speeding and the state trooper smells alcohol on his breath and then he sees an empty wine bottle on the floor, and he says, "Sir, have you been drinking?" And the priest says, "No, just water." The sheriff says, "Then why do I smell wine?" And the priest looks down at the bottle and says, "Good Lord, He's done it again!"
