Ohh believe me, I've been enjoying not doing anything to the fullest lots of anime and time with friends. Ooh where in the countryside? That sounds amazing . Yeaaah summer always has a way of being too short . And New York is about to get hit by a hurricane! It's really unusual--I've never been in one before. We're high up though so we should be fine (hopefully) .

Our country house is not far from Moscow, about 2-3 hours by the car (it depends on traffic) It is not far from town called Naro-Fominsk.

Oh, that must be beautiful! The hurricane turned out to be really minor for New York so we were all totally fine . It was SO cool to be outside after it had passed--the wind was really strong, and I LOVE wind . So now I'm getting ready to head back to college!

So I actually do have a facebook which I use to maintain a facebook page that I run. I'm only friends with my best friend on it but I'd be happy to friend you again if ya want . That way I could see the rest of the London pics!

WOW, that's just awesome! And where your parents are going? To Moscow or Saint-Petersburg? Or will they stay somewhere else? I hope that they will have amazing time here and everything will be alright By the way, why did they choose Russia? You should definitely tell me about their impressions about the trip! but if it's their first time visiting Russia, they might have something like cultural-shock

Yeah, it's an amazing experience for sure! I know they'll be in Moscow for a while, maybe about a week? Then they'll be traveling around for another week--it should be a great experience for them. I'm not quite sure why they decided on Russia ...I'll definitely ask.

Nooo, I've already finished my studies and passed exams (successfully i'm so happy about it. Finally I can (almost) enjoy my summer holidays and just relax I should only finish my practice this week. It's interesting question - what kind of stuff i am doing here well, my position is like manager's assistant - i answer phone calls, send applications, scann/copy documents and other different stuff
it's also interesting to communicate and to find common ground with other people.
I'm looking forward to hearing about your parents' trip I hope they'll like Moscow and other cities of Russia

My parents absolutely looooooved Russia. They said the people they met were wonderful, and it's a beautiful place. They just got back a week ago

totally, i have! in june i'm going to have a practice (i'll work as a manager) after practice i hope i'll have a language training in UK. I'm really looking forward to it and finally i want to go to Germany of course there're a lot of different places i'd like to visit... i'd like to go to Laos some time such a beautiful and peaceful place!

woah, that's sweet!! you should definitely go to germany but you have to tell me about it! berlin was one of the coolest places i've ever visited. i'd love to go again. beautiful and peaceful places are so good for the soul

yeah, i'm spending the summer working on a farm in a sufi community and studing sufism! it's something i'm really passionate about and it should be really peaceful...i'll be meditating a lot . after that i'll be in the city for a few weeks to see family and get ready for school! eek >< can't we be done with school already?

awesome . i hope you have a great time!! yeah, sufism is amazing. have you ever read any poetry by rumi? he's a fantastic sufi poet and you don't have to be spiritual to appreciate his work . how did you get into meditation?? aaah that's so interesting, i'm really curious . definitely don't give up! meditation has changed my life for the better. both sufism and buddhism have meditation and to be honest i would probably be a buddhist if i didn't find sufism so beautiful and compassionate. i think i've ranted about this enough for one message i've decided to major in religion so i'm really passionate about it hahah.

do you get any sort of spring break in russia? i have the week after this one off and i'll be heading home to spend time with family can't wait!

I think i really should find time for reading Rumi's poems. it must be something amazing!
hmmm, how did i TRY to get into meditation... i tried to concentrate on my breath and clear my mind. something like that... anyway i should do it regulary! but sometimes i'm sooo tired after university and stuff, so i just fall asleep i'd like you to tell me anything about your meditation experience and so on ))
i had read a book about Daosism. It's really interesting too

Well, as for guys who study at school - yes, they do have a spring break, they are so lucky! And you too! Cause as for students - we don't have such break...just summer and winter holidays!

Ahh I just read some Rumi while eating lunch and it was great .
Yeah, concentrating on breath and clearing your mind are definitely the way to go...a lot of people say that meditation is something you have to feel out for yourself and that's definitely somewhat true. i'll see if i have any helpful tips to send you though
yeah, it can be really difficult to do after a long day. i often have trouble doing that too, but it gets easier over time, i promise
ahh daoism is great!! have you read the tao te ching?
oh no! i'm sorry to hear that you don't have a spring break it's fun being back in the city but i REALLY miss nature. the city just has a different energy to it and it's a little too intense for me hahah.

Sorry for such a long answering! last few days i had so many things to do... uufff..
i came home so exausted after university and german courses we have to study almost 2 months and after i'll work for 4 weeks in a company as my practice. To be honest i'm already feel myself so tired. But on the other hand, it makes me happy, that i develop my knowledge despite being tired

I'm really glad you're doing so good and that you had enjoyed the time with your family that's the main thing! how's your study going? what are you study at the moment?

Ah, i should say, that i read two books about Taoism: The Te of Piglet and The Tao of Pooh
