That's totally understandable and normal.
It's a really bad time, but you know what? It will end/get better!
There are more summers ahead of us that we can enjoy more freely
Right now it's important to go outside (with a mask ofc) or if u have one..take a sunbath on your balcony
(Cause the sun is good for you and will make you feel better)
BUT if your depression will go on you need to talk to a.doctor! Because you only can get rid of a depression with antidepressants.
So pls talk to someone professional if you keep feeling down

Do they not help you? In this case try to go alone, without them noticing or talk to friends or teachers about that. Maybe even ask online for psychiatrist opinions (there are probably forums out there where psychologists can be asked questions)
I sadly don't know u...so my help is limited..I can just tell you what I know
