# About me
My name is Jesse De La Rosa - I've been a freelance graphic designer pretty much since I got out of high school. I've never had any formal schooling in my craft, but I've accumulated a fair amount of experience, coupled with a dash of natural talent, to become a fairly versatile graphic artist. My specialty is logotypes - but I also enjoy dabbling in creating wallpapers, movie posters, flyers, business cards, and occasionally websites. I do take commissions for logo work - my pricing depends on the complexity of your request. Fan-Fiction writer extraordinaire! Okay, well maybe not extraordinaire, as I'm only responsible (as of this point) for one story series. Salvation: A Half-Life/Mass Effect Crossover A story that sees the paths of two legends of gaming intertwine, and follows them as they fight for galactic survival. My story is not all that well known, however I have accrued what I like to call a small cult following, or a group of "ELFs" (Extremely loyal fans) as my friend malovence is fond of saying. It is my hope to someday soon branch out into original writing works, and become a full fledged novelist, but for the time being I am extremely proud of Salvation - which is an ongoing series.

on a side note, when my 3d story, The Kitsune's Tail, is finished, I'm thinking about making a credits sequence like you've been doing with your fics, and if all goes according to plan, you'll be appearing in the credits (in the form of a 3d model I put together to represent you in 3D) along with some other friends of mine.

How go things? Well... A fat woman walked into the insurance office today, and after dislodging the bones of a rather large bird, like an ostrich or an emu, from between her teeth, she plopped herself down and said "I need something that'll provide me adequate coverage". So I said, in the most polite way possible... "Hmm... Well, madam, have you tried the Ozone layer? It's a little depleted, but I think it may just suffice." After mooing a rather long strain of unpleasantries at me from her hangar-like mouth, I asked her to leave - as our building's insurance policy didn't cover the earthquake damage she was about to cause from her fat jiggling in anger... She humpty-dumptied herself out the door, with my chair still lodged on her ass, and as I sat contemplating my sad, pitiful existence as an insurance salesman, sobbing "oh god, this is my life!" into my palms, I suddenly felt thankful, and realized it could be so much worse. After all... I could've been that chair.
Lol, sorry I couldn't resist. Anyway, to be serious. Things have been going okay - just been real busy lately due to work. It's tax season so the days have been pretty hectic. When I get home I don't even feel like hopping on the computer or anything. But I'm still around - Been trying to work on my first short, just not getting too much free time to get much done. I'm actually gonna start working on my next movie poster for Lair of the Shadow Broker soon - the official movie poster, so that'll be fun. But other than that, still around, just a little scarce. How 'bout you? How you dong?Β

I know that you said the mask wasn't needed as part of the logo, but what I was planning on doing was sort of a flat vector design inspired by the mask itself. I suppose closest example I can give is sort of the Ultimate Warrior's logo based on his facepaint or the Rey Mysterio logo. Would you be opposed to that. I think your mask has a very unique design, and I think it would work well with like the teeth and the horns

Alrighty, as promised I said I'd start work on this after Christmas and here we have draft #1. If it's to your liking we can actually pretty much call this a finished product. I do apologize for the small resolution and the watermark over the logo itself, it's just I've been ripped off for my work before. Rest assured that once you are completely satisfied and payment has been rendered, you will have the full sized, full resolution vector version without any watermark, in any format you like ready to be used on shirts, card, posters, anything.Β
Anyway, I saw that your primary colors are of course red black and white, and as I said I thought the mask itself would make for an excellent symbol - something you could be recognized as - something synomyous with your attire. What do you think? Speaking personally I really like how it turned out, but of course you are the customer so your thoughts are what counts
