ahehe so um, here's just a preliminary design, I can do it in more detail or give alternative designs-- ahm, of course colours are not exact, and neither are lengths or propertions, since i don't know how much of what you have. umm and you can adapt necklaces around your shoulder. I don't know a lot about different materials, so whatever you think is suitable. But it's pretty easy to make a cape like that just out of a circle or square...
