Trying to design Mega Whiscash is pretty difficult actually
I mean it has whiskers and it's a fish
I'll come up with something

If you want inspiration I did a little digging on Bulbapedia and found out a little on his origin. A catfish from Japanese mythology, the Namazu Or Εnamaazu that caused earthquakes. Type in the names and you'll find some pretty awesome pictures.

Also I tried making a showdown whiscash set
dragon dance with a focus sash
earthquake aqua tail and bounce
it didn't work probably because it's a PU pokemon and I took it to Anything Goes

As a PokΓ©mon I really like Whiscash but other PokΓ©mon like Swampert just outclass it. Only reason I would use it now would be to just challenge myself.

Focus Sash as held item
Any ability works
Max Attack, all it needs
Adamant
-Trick Room
-Destiny Bond
-Explosion
-Boolit Seed
Basically first turn ya gotta use trick room
If they hit you focus sash keeps you going
Next turn you're probs faster so if they hit you then use destiny bond
if they're not hitting you then EXPLOOOOOOOODE
Boolit seed is just there
Bibarel comes out next, mmkay?
Preferably named MEGA BIDOOF and shiny
Max HP and Attack
Adamant
Lefties as your item
Simple is yo' ability
-Curse
-Amnesia
-Substitute
-Last Resort (HAS to be boosted with pp-ups or it won't work)
The goal is to use curse, amnesia, and substituteΒ
After you've switched in, the trick room is still gonna be up
Depending on what they're doing, you can change your strats up
If they're using mind bullets, go for an amnesia
if they're a physical attacker, go for curse
if they're a bullshit klefki who has prankster and ignores your trick room thus landing a toxic then quit the match
if they're some sort of setter upper like blissey then be sure to substitute
Basically use each move once
So your goal is to get max attack, defense, and sp. defense
THEN LAST RESOOOOOOOOOORT
140 damage without stab and the attack boosts
840 damage WITH stab and the attack boosts
Practically evaporates anything that's not specifically bulky

It sounds like one of dem strategies that will probably not work. But when it does its like the best feeling in the world! XD
Like my Cobalion + Whimsicott beat up strat. (Only works in double or triple battle)
I would send Cobalion and Whimsicott out together and have Whimsicott use beat up on Cobalion.
Beat up would hit 6 times and trusting you have Justified as Cobalions ability he'll gain an attack boost after every hit.
Then proceed to annihilate the enemy team.
Not the most perfect of strats but it worked some of the time back when I used to use it.
