Why no full shot of the Joker? Why just a cropped image?

You could put a watermark over the whole thing if you are worried about theft of the image.

My guess is that the eyes are something that was purchased separately. Like people who stuff animals, they buy their eyes. There are companies that specifically make artificial eyes that are so lifelike they are scary.
