i mean the longer the exposition the more attention you have to give to calmness of your hands cause every movement blurs image..(my suggestion is to use tripod if possible or even you can put your camera down on sth firm and select delayed shoot)..the longer exposition the more movement your picture gets..like water here will be in continous form .. as on my picture unsubstantial
