Thank you for your kind words. I'm really glad you like what you've seen of my work. Diskworld and Ponies. Can life get any better than having both of those exist in the same universe?
OC means "Original Character" - non-canon. It just means that the character isn't part of the canon universe. Instead, it's created by a fan.
As for your drawing question... hmm that's a toughie. And a broad toughie at that XD. I started out by learning proportions and anatomy. There's tons of great tutorial anatomy skeletons on DA: [link] ! Once you get a basic sketch, it's just a matter of picking a digital (or physical!) medium. I use Corel Painter X and Photoshop most of the time, but there's some cool free ones.
Start by trying to draw a screencap of the show. See how close you can get yours to look like the shot without tracing. It's good practice. Once you get the form down, you can start branching out and finding your own style. n_n Hope this helps a little bit. I suppose I could do a tutorial. I've never thought to before.

Well, I've never done a request for DA specifically yet. Mostly just friends or family. I don't NOT do requests though.
It should be mentioned though that I'm in school at the moment so I can't necessarily meet a request within like 48 hours or anything. Depends.
