Lord no! I live in stupid Vegas. People here drive like idiots or assholes. Everyone packs in like anchovies at any place during the day but, I take solace at night 'cause it's dead quiet.

You'd think a city in the middle of the dessert would be a quiet and solitary place. But i guess its not.
But its not like the movies is it? Gambling, drinking and flashes of light all over the place

Nah not at all. I mean its there, they'll have slot machines in the gas stations and the supermarkets. They also have casinos specifically for locals but, a lot of people are hit here by the shitty economy so mostly they're grouchy. The southern part of Vegas is like that. That Vegas is the one you see in the movies.

Ahh .. anyway. Its a big contrast to where I live. We have no slot machines or other game machines where you play for money. Not in gas stations, not in kiosks, nowhere.
Because here it is illegal.
