Lost my job...again...went through really bad depression. Trying to find a new job. Trying to move out but it is really hard when I can't hold a job. Decided not to work with kids because this is the second time in a row I have been fired from a daycare. Trying to get a job at a bookstore.Β

R.I.P. Ghosty FaceToday on Memorial Day 2019, my cat Ghosty just minutes ago took her final breaths and passed away. She may not be a veteran but in her own ways she was like a hero to me. She was one of those cats that may not have known EXACTLY what the issue was but got the general emotional state of a situation. Whenever she knew I was sad, scared, etc, she would put her paw somewhere on my hand/wrist/arm and/or nuzzle me. She actually did some of that today when I was upset because I knew she wasn't going to last much longer. I can't remember just when I got her or how long I've had her but I wanna say somewhere in the 18-20-ish year range? She was my longest living pet and even though this is a day to remember veterans (and to those of you who are or are families supporting them thank you SO much for your service and sacrifice) this will ALSO be a day for me to both mourn and remember a special black and white, four legged, beautiful, precious, fluffy, fuzzy feline and I'm so grateful that I was E

It wasn't. The most we got was her birthday and that Chase and Bren used to throw her birthday parties when they were little. Because Jinja mentions she doesn't want a little kid birthday to Chase.
