I will say that UW-Stout has the best program for graphic art for the money.It is in
Menomonie,Wisconsin.It is a hour east of St.Paul,Minn.They are well known for their
Art Program.They are also known for their teaching degrees.You can teach anywhere with a Wisconsin teaching degree.I know it maybe far from you,but look it up.Who knows.
