No, regardless of what I did or did not do, it is illegal, now you can remove it, or be faced with legal action. You're choice, but removing a deviation, would be ALOT easier than fines, and age depending, jail time. Again you're choice.

I'll tell her, but I have already made my associates aware of what was happening, and that you admitted to taking user images without permission. I'll tell them you are removing it, but they are reviewing your profile. Next time, don't take images from people, and if anyone associated with that person, tells you to remove, it would be wise to do it. That kind of thing is illegal.

"imareeturd" is very professional. i've had people on games say they are part of the FBI, just lying to 'scare me into stopping' Which inpersinating a law offical is illegal itself. ALSO, taking an image that does not already have a wrighten copywright with it, and photoshopping it so much you can hardly see the original picture, IS NOT ILLEGAL, and you can claim it as your own work. "imareeturd" is my screen name on a site having nothing to do with my real work. I did not TELL them, to look over your profile, that is just what they do, and YES it is ILLEGAL, no matter what you do, especially when you blatantly point it out in the description, that you have used an image without permission. Now if you are going to threaten to post that image back up, I won't GIVE you 24 hours and any time, I will have my "associates" who are btw, tasked with internet security, which includes, anti cyberbullying, go ahead and forcefully take you down form this site.
It is illegal. You have stated you are just a little kid, so it does not surprise me you are unaware. But it is. If it is back up, there will be consequences. Now DROP it. I am on this site because I have friends on here. nevertheless, it is none of your concern. If you wanna risk legal consequence, be my guest.
I did hear back form one of the DA staff members though, so think twice about re uploading it.

I only did one that was of someone else, and they thought it was funny. Another one I never uploaded to Deviant Art, but sent to them personally as a joke. I don't like people threatening me at all, now i'd appreciate proof of your work. May have your website, or work phone number? If you arn't lying to me. And yes I am only 13 years old. That is why I think this is profoundly ridiculous. Everything else I create myself. I want proof of this, if not threatening itself is illegal. But i'm not mean and report silly reasons to the internet. Once I had someone honestly threaten to kill me and everyone I loved, they knew where I lived, and would constently bully me, hurt me, go on site to defame me. I got a legit site to deal with the internet bullying, and they never helped me one bit. This person would use cusswords constently, make new accounts on everything because I would block and report them. This was nothing at all. You need to look at your more serious cases like the one I had that was never resolved.
