# About me

Hi, I’m Gracie! I’m nineteen and a 2D animation student at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. I started drawing at a young age, inspired by the cartoons that I couldn’t get enough of on TV. I began drawing digitally at age eleven and have been working to improve my craft and expand my horizons ever since. It was my passion for cartoons that ultimately lead me to the field of animation, and in 2013 I had the opportunity to create my first short, The Red String. In 2012 I had the pleasure of selling my work at Towson University’s TigerCon and have been attending conventions as an artist ever since. Today I’m grateful to be continuing my artistic journey at a wonderful art school while simultaneously joining the ranks of professional artists!
