i have tested everything for mistakes and other problems and its solved
the big problem and that is my mistake is that i forgot to give all icon's 99% transparency instead of the full 100% so the problem are solved on that part
it seemed that i lost my touch on psp theme making sins i have not made one for so long
but i am happy to got this one done as i hoop it would
