My very first comicbook that i brought with my money was the comic "Edge of the Spider-Verse #2".  I first discovered it around 2014 when browsing a website a news link about a Spider-Woman Gwen Stacy was being made and the preview pages was shown.  Now before I only knew of Gwen Stacy first being introduced to a version of her from the animated show Spectacular Spider-man whom I really liked and the movie series Amazing Spider-Man played by Emma Stone who was my favorite character in the movie and i love that version of Gwen Stacy as well.  The rest I knew about the different Gwens was the legacy that the 616 version has about her tragic death but nothing much.  Interested I check on that link and saw the preview pages.  From the moment I saw the cover I was hooked.  She looked amazing!  Both civilian and superhero form and art-style  She looked cool and had a personality to both forms and fashion.  Her outfit was original and all hers not a copy of the multiable Peter's or his color scheme like many others are yet still has that Spider theme and tone like the other Spider hero costumes have.  Plus she looked cool and beautiful but was not sexualized in both forms and just plain rocked!  Looking at the art and the tone from the preview pages it fascinated me and I knew I had to buy the issue and check her and her world out when the issue came out.  I figured 'since it's just a one shot tale I'm not going to get hooked and worry about a series of issues'.

So when the issue came out I went to my local comicbook store and brought the issue.  Had a option to also buy the variant for 15 dollars but passed on that due to both having the same story and artwork inside with the only difference being the covers so i didn't see the financial logic in spending more money for one comic plus I already adored the regular cover and artwork but I did love both covers.  Seriously regret to this day now not buying it when I had the chance but nobody knew how big (and expensive) this Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman of Earth-65 was going to be back then.

I went home and open it up.  I loved it all.  It was a fantastic and worthy four dollars spent.  I treasured that comic and how it made me feel and the magic it gave me.  Looking it over many times I treasured it and placed it in a safe place.  I love the world, the tone, the seriousness of it, how emotional the comic was and how i felt for Gwen.  I loved the character and her cast and the possibilities that world could bring.  Afterwards I thought 'well that was wonderful and a fantastic buy.'  Fortuity for my wallet it's not a series or else i would have to buy the rest of the issues.'
I love it and her so much I even attempted to make and post a fanart of her (and I dislike my artwork to the point that most of what i start never gets finished so motivated to make the fanart and complete it was a serous push for me).

Later on I discovered that "Spider-Gwen" gained her own series and was coming out in 2015.  I've been following her since and loving her and her world.

Thanks to Spider-Gwen I entered into the world of comics and when i got Spider-Gwen i also brought based on talking to the people working and buying at the shop "Ms Marvel" Kamala Khan and this new spider character I saw on the covers called "Silk" which being new had my interest.  I also brought a 90's story tradebook called "Marvels" that was highly recommended.

Spider-Gwen, Silk, and Ms Marvel are my first comicbook characters and those three have a special place in my heart and my "pull" list plus I highly recommend the story "Marvels" alot.  I'm also happy to read that Spider-Gwen helped you.  The power and inspiration that a strong character, artwork, and story can bring to others is something wonderful.

Later on to honor Spider-Gwen's success and for a bit of fun Marvel had that Gwens from other AU as other heroes and villains theme month for June Variants.  I followed and decided I was going to collect them all!
Love many of the artworks and various Gwens on the covers.  Some of my favorites has been: Doctor Gwenage, Gwen Hulk, Captain Gwen, Witch Hunter Gwen, Wolverine Gwen, Gwenon, plus of course Gwenpool.

My mind became sparked with imagination and wonder.  I became curious and wanted to read what their stories might of been and imaged and even made up a few ideas and stories involving those Gwens found on the variant covers (I few ideas and tales that I came up with was for: Captain Gwen, Wolverine Gwen, Gwenon, and Doctor Gwenange) and always hoped somebody might make a great fanfiction of one of them that I could read.

Well much to my shock I discovered that Gwenpool was so highly liked to the point a couple of people cosplay as her and that cover sold very fast out.  Became super shocked to discover Marvel made a choice to take a shot with "Gwenpool" and have her be in three Howard the Duck issues as a side tale plus later on her own series.

I enjoyed her time on Howard the Duck and loved her part in the Christmas special and love the artist and writer who id her part as i felt both fit her very well.   So learning about her series I figured i would check her out.  The writer did a fantastic job and the issue and character was deeper and far better then I expected her to be.  Gwen Poole is on my pull list but I wish more people would take a shot on her as it seems to me that her comic isn't selling that well as most find the idea of her or just what they know of her from only her covers to be to absurd to take a shot with and discover her truly.  Those that have have basically wrote the same review "Didn't expect much...I was BLOWN AWAY with this GEM of a comic and character!"

You cosplay pictures of the two look great and the costumes both fit you like a glove.  You are extremely beautiful and sexy display yourself and the characters very well.  You look very enchanting with your Gwenpool costume and that hot pink really catches the eye and awesome in both.  You look spectacular Gwen and look forward to what stunning magic you will further unleash
