I compared their MMD models with the latest ones.
Old form that emphasizes the form of the doll.

I stopped their conversion and shifted towards other models.

I saw a picture of your F-16.
The measure I think is
First, load the model into Blender etc.
Check the relationship between texture and mesh.

In this case, I flip the picture of the texture upside down.
(The picture may be upside down at the time of conversion)

For the rigging, please refer to the tutorial for XPS.
The work is easy because there is no deformation like a human model.

I am using 2.49 and 2.74
An XPS converter for 2.74 may generate an error mesh as the number of meshes increases
(2.49 converter output without problem)

Even when porting meshes from different models, you can select meshes and bones and use "J" command (2.74 has many procedures)

2.49 is inferior to 2.74 for use in weight paint and texture correction work.

I also used Blender which I only used to capture data and convert it to XPS data
However, because I did not understand the meaning of the mesh name, it was a series of failures.

Convert to ".mesh.ascii" with Noesis> Load to XPS> Delete with only one bone
> Save in "Do not leave shaved bones" mode
Take this into Blender and work

I remember this procedure so I can do much more work.

I learned by checking Blender's commands little by little


I do not think that I can master this immediately

Something like saying "Win a car novice with F1"


It is recently that I got to be able to successfully paste textures

(4th year after using out)

The carrier was able to convert, because there was an OBJ file.

I am also in an impossible state, .max> .obj
Attempting to try a "free trial", warns that "unless it is a 64 bit OS" ...

I want a new PC.

.max format files are troublesome.
I searched for plug-ins that I can read with other software, but not at all.

Ummmm....

Two people in the back are originally nude models.
I just added a nipple to the texture.
The one on the right is replaced by that of another model using that body.

Easy remodeling.
I think that it is not enough to expose it. 

On the left side, the face is "famous actress"
It has been deleted from the source GMOD
For that reason the disclosure is on hold.

I learned the skill of modifying panel lines.
During the process of converting Borg Sphere.

It is a time-consuming task to apply this to a starship.

I loaded it on blender and confirmed it.

Mesh making up this object
Select 2 or 3 items
It becomes 10 M or less, divided into obj.
It is good to check files generated by Explorer.
Mesh that generated .obj is deleted with X key.

Launch Noesis which installed XPS plug-in.

Convert the generated ".obj" to ".mesh.ascii".
(need check "Flip UV's")

There are cases where it is not possible to convert .obj of 10M or more> Noesis
Split to avoid it

Load the converted file into XPS
Since a texture error appears, hold down the enter key
Small size when loaded, scale to 100.
Remove one bone left.
Rename the remaining bones to "root"
Save as ".mesh.ascii" under another name (check> remove unused bone)

It will be easier if you come here.

Let's overcome the wall with love for the starship. 

A file of ".mesh.ascii" format which was divided and converted is loaded continuously by XPS
After checking the state of the model,
It takes time to correct.

Modification of the texture in the XPS
> transparency, put a color texture to color there is no parts, emission, etc.

Make the curved surface by integrating the angled surface with a blender. (And vice versa)
This way to make the edge of the panel line
> It takes a very long time

There is also complementary work of the face lost in the process of conversion.

Therefore it took time to work.

Basically what I did was split the model into two seperate pieces in Blender and exported them separately. Then converted them in Noesis using the plugin you gave me. Finally, I loaded both halves up in XPS and with some minor adjustments, everything lined up perfectly. Exported the scene as a generic item and voila... And yes, the overall quality of the model was somewhat degraded in the process. Still have to work out the issue with the placeholder textures and the quality of the decals kinda suck, but other than that she's ready for release. Might throw a download link up once I get the time to work on her some more.

You are doing fine on your work. 

The texture of Mark can be obtained by preparing PNG which deleted transparent part and saved by Photoshop etc.
Make a copy of the base image
Select the part you want to delete duplication> delete
Delete the base image and save the layer that shows the block pattern in the transparent part as PNG
Load Mesh into Material Editor of XPS Modify Menu
> Replace texture
>check "transparent"

Try emissions on the material editer of XPS's modify menu
