That's still ink though! And yes, I can't handle the calligraphic ink at all--I try to draw fancy words and it ends up being ink blobs for a psychiatrist. X'D

TippEx? --googles-- Ah, we call that Wite-Out here (typo on purpose!). It can get so messy for me to use, but it's a good item to have on hand haha~

Are each of the sketches done in one go, or do you throw out beginning scraps? --curious--

Either way, that's simply fantastic. Ink has never been my traditional friend.

I have an ink feather, and I just used it to write forms for my story (I mean forms that my characters use for the bureaucracy stuff*-*), and well, it was hard XDD

Ah, I leaned something XD *saves white-out in brain*
Oh yeah it can, but it's also very helpful when you do huge mistakes^^ And when I plan to colour dem digitally, I can erase all the mistakes when I do the outlines, so it's okay*-* (like I drew Kees character Merah to close to my character in one pic, so her arm looked to short, because it was resting on my chars shoulder XDD happens! but uh, it was just one arm, so I don't mind, and I can correct it while digitalizing^^)

Yeah, I do them in one go*-* Okay, sometimes I draw a face, and it looks like shit, then I restart, but that rarely happens. There are days when drawing just won't work, cause your hand doesn't listen to your orders, y'know? When every sketch you do looks messy XDD I hate those days!

Ah, I see. For my digital stuff, it's all digital from beginning to end, and the same for traditional. I can't do sketch traditional and then colour digital for some reason--the digital version just doesn't have the same feeling when I do it like that.

Still, that's an interesting method.

And yes, I know that too well haha! My sketching style is sketch and scrap, over and over until something I like appears. That's me everyday haha~

Ah well, I can't sketch digitally, because I never learned how to use my Wacom Grapphire XD (I own it for... eh... 7 years now XD). So I still outline and colour with my mouse*-* And since sketching with mouse looks like shit, I sketch traditional^^ I love drawing, so I guess I could never sketch digitally*-*"
Okay, another reason is, that I like to browze through my sketchbook, without the need to boot my laptop/PC^--^
But I really have to start practicing with my tablet^^""..... So I can colour more precisely*--*)

I like drawing too, but doing the sketches digitally saves so much paper that I would go through in real life. And I can undo entire sections in ink that would ruin it for me too haha~

And ah, that I can understand. I print out copies of my sketches/finished pieces and put them in a binder to look at. No pc needed, thankfully.

And ah, I think you'll get the hang of it after a while--it's a little different, but once you start using it, it gets easier. (:

Haha, well that's how I've always drawn--lots of dead trees haha~ x'D
