So uh even if you want to make the Phantom Prowler from ANOES5 into a character, you really should point out you didn't invent him. The credit should go toΒ John Skipp ,Β Craig Spector, andΒ Leslie Bohem , and ultimately New Line Cinema.


Seriously, kind of uncool people think you invented him. Skipp and Spector already had to fight for their right to be credited once.Β

This has been discussed a few times and has been explained that my version of the phantom prowler predates the film & I was only 8 years old when it came out & I was brought up draconian, I didn't see my first horror as an adult for 7yrs after, my Phantom prowler has a completely different back story and is an entirely different character.

I completely understand your misunderstanding and I too was stunned by the physical similarities but should I give them the credit for MY OWN character?Β 

I harbor no ill will or grudge toward you for trying to do what you think is right.
