oh! that's not very complicated~ A commission is simply a paid work. Most of people pay to get their characters drawn by an artist they like. By exemple, I charge 15$ for a full body like this one ; 

depending on what you ask, my prices changes. Each artists has their own price set

payment is done via paypal or DA points ^w^

Hello ^^ I've found this really interesting, but the only online store, that I had bought products like this was on ebay (there's also aliexpress, but it takes a little bit of time to be delivered). Also, this week, we're having the Mystic Fair, (do you have this in your city?) I've found a lot of modern witch clothes in there *-* . (Sorry if I can't help you :/ I usually found this stuff in stores next to me, there is a whole neighborhood with this kind of stuff *-* )
