# About me
"I shut my eyes in order to see" ~ Paul GauguinI have been drawing and oil painting since I was like 8 years old on and off. I was an Art Sequence Major in high school, but didn't think I would like the pressure of working in art as a career. So, I majored in Art History (combined my interest and love of Art and I really enjoy History). Though it is my hobby and I enjoy it, I am always looking for insightful critiques on my work so I can improve my technique and develop more of a personal style. It would be great to one day show my work in a gallery and I hope to get to that level someday.
