I use MS Paint and MS GIF animator both are free you just need to download the gif animator application(just GUUGUHLZ IT!)

just last night(and this morning) the computer deleted all the stuff on my flash drive/MP3 so I can't submit any work anymore during spring break.
on top of that when I fell asleep at aout 9:00 I woke up at 4:00 and realized I was laying on it and I cracked it.
