Good luck with that. The government is cutting back funding for that sort of thing in a big way. I've got a job because I've got a fair bit of experience under my belt and worked with people who gave me great references. The cram schools are always hiring, but you really have to do your homework to make sure you don't sign on with one that will rip you off.

worst comes to worst ill just teach in japan. I have tons of college for that, my uncle teaches there, Ive got references, and enough Japanese I think ill be ok. I just would prefer Korea.

There are sandstorms ALL THE TIME HERE. I have to sweep and mop my apartment twice a week or it's unbearable for allergies. eck. Those sandstorms are brutal. Were you up north?

I was actually in Beijing. Our guide told us it wasn't common for them to hit the city. So my trip to the Temple of Heaven was cut short by divine intervention.

Over the last year, it's changed a lot. It seems like a lot of high school students have decided that dA is the latest MySpace alternative.
It's more difficult to find art or artists from all the other stuff, but there are a lot of friendly, helpful people. Drawings and paintings seem few, unless they're connected to anime. I gave up my ability to draw when I started playing piano, so it's good that I can work a camera.
