Hello! Thank you for the favorite and interest in my Sync cosplay! There are many processes to go about making the mask, which one would you like to use? I had made mine based on a specific bunch of supplies but had other ways to make it. Would you like to make it either for accuracy, lowest price to spend for it, or even for durability?

My sister's actually working on the coat part for me, I'm just doing everything else and I was unsure of how to do the mask. xD But yes, I am.

It'd be cool if you uploaded pics on your costume progress, since although I bought my costume, I still made stuff like the chest accents and mask, not to mention repaint the green lining of it. The majority of sites that sold it have it miscolored in another shade of green other than a more accurate one.

Nice, yeah, I played the PS2 version too. I bet most people will be now playing the 3DS version, which I feel like it deserves as much as Tales of Symphonia, which has an HD remake with in-game extras.Β

That'd be awesome, you could do quick dialogue and just tell people to shut up or refer to people as "dredge" haha

I've cosplayed Kato from The Green Hornet, Soma from God Eater Burst, Hitsugaya from Bleach, and my upcoming cosplay is Sync the Tempest from Abyss.

So you liking One Piece, I'm only up to "Toonami-speed" with the anime, and if anything else, my friend cosplayed a nicely-accurate Sanji who did high kicks and everything when he signed up for the Cosplay Contest.

Ah, alright. Anyway, so you like Tales of the Abyss, have you played the other Tales games? I only played Symphonia, Abyss, and Twin Brave. I did consider that crossover battle one on PSP that was a Japanese import, as well as that Radiant Mythology on that's released here, but I haven't had time recently for any gaming.

My favorite characters to play as in Symphonia were Regal and Sheena. I also played DoTNW and it makes me wish they can be played if that sequel wasn't too "on-rails."
My favorite characters to play as in Abyss were Guy and Natalia.

lol seen any Mecha or Sci-fi animes? I'm a Gundam fan from the original series to 00(haven't seen Unicorn). A sci-fi anime I got into recently was Level E. I was also a Toonami kid since the late 90s.

Still seemed fun, my friends would be the type to make an entertaining time too. So thought I'd help be influenced, but which Kato do you prefer? I have both his outfits from the '11 movie and the old t.v. show from way back, I'd bring both, but which do you favor?

probably the new one, as long as its not like the newer comic version that makes the mask look like it has a giant beak

Movie version it is, you'd probably notice, but there's quite few distinguishable differences in Kato's outfit in the movie and the t.v. series, I just wonder if any con-goers would actually get on to me about any minor inaccuracies, but I'm tweaking my costume anyway to help make it more like the movie-Kato.
So did it seem out of place to you that Kato used a gun in the movie? I actually originally intended to sport one, but now I'm deciding to just sport throwing knives and possibly nunchucks as well as incorporating my laser or a green light to refer to the Black Beauty lol

Ah, I remember, I sort of made quite the scene, you also must've made good friends with my other buds(one of the guys being Heavy of TF2?)
I really appreciated my friends doing that, but they should've started on a smaller level, I'm shy regardless, yet they thought I could handle it just for being in costume and acting like my character.

Heh, I saw you guys via Youtube while searching for LouisiANIME '13 stuff(if any was up yet, in which I was checking). I sort of felt better that Friday night when the rave started, I had some awesome lasers to help put effect into the room, which lacked any light effects other than the leds and glow sticks people had.
And if you can tolerate mashups, I'd give you the link. Warning: I'm quite amateur lol
