there are numerous ways of doing it, just do a google search. i've found that firefox addons work best for me

hello Julia. My name is Morgan and I just LOVE ur Grell gifs!! I love the clarity and quality of them. My best friend, , wishes to make gifs however she has no clue how to and I dont know much either. I was wondering if you could tell her or me, because then i'd tell her, how to make gifs so she can use them in AMVs and such. oh thanks :D (Big Grin) what i do is download the episodes somewhere online, then convert them to AVI format with a video converter. then i open the AVI video in adobe photoshop and use the animation tools there. sometimes i use adobe imageready too when making the animation, but photoshop helps to compress them into better files for the web. i hope that helps!
