I tried again, and the outcome is still the same.
I can submit art to the other folders (because it has the "contribute art to folder" option), just not the literature folder.

hmm, i have no idea why that option doesnt appear there, you can upload the deviation in any other folder if you want, i´ll move it to the right one.
